All of our Foam Royal Sack ship in 7-10 business days.

Custom embroidery may delay these times by up to two weeks.

We only Ship In the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for damage and report it immediately.

We will Take back any undamaged chair within 14 days of delivery to you and refund you the total order amount less the shipping costs back and forth.

After 14 days there will be a restocking fee along with the shipping costs.
